Go First Coast!

The Pope. I'm tired of it, even as I'm compelled to find out more. Major props to this guy, who managed to take advantage of the whole papal process!
Go St. Augustine!

Am I getting this correct? Are you... are you praising capitalism?! This is certainly quite an occasion.

Seriously though, I have always felt like it was a violation of the free market for the government to legislate "cyber-squatting". If you have the forsight to register a desired domain name, more power to you. This idea that people have an inherent right to their "cyber name" is ridiculous. A great example of this is with www.Nissan.com. Here is some poor schlep (by the name of Uzi Nissan) who registered that Domain name way before Nissan got around to it. So for the past decade or so Uzi Nissan has had to deal with Nissan the company suing him and preventing him from using his site commercially. It's ridiculous!

Think of it this way, I'm not so much praising capitalism as enjoying someone who is screwing over the Catholic Church. :)

Yeah, I have mixed feelings about the whole cyber-squatting thing. It seems like it's such a judgement call about whether or not someone should get to keep their "name". Like that Nissan guy totally deserves to keep his website. Maybe I'll change my name to Vatican McVatican and make a website that looks like the Catholic Church's. I bet I could make a lot of money on child pornography that way.
