300C Killer from Ford and GM

This is a pretty poorly written article but it touches on an interesting point. When I first read it I saw "Can Ford come up with an answer to the 300?" Didn't they already go that route with the Ford 500? This should be a very important lesson to all automakers... if you want your new sedan or SUV noticed... you need to stick it in a few rap videos. Especially if you are able to land it in a 50 Cent video you are set.

Seriously though, Ford and GM could try to make their next generation sedans not look quite so generic. That would probably help. I challenge you to even try and think of what the Ford 500 or the Buick LaCrosse looks like. I bet you can't... but... I bet you know what the 300 looks like. Generate some buzz about the Hemi engine. It doesn't sound like rocket science to me!

I actually kind of like the Buick, but it is a little bland. The Ford looks pathetic. The fact that you got that image from "" probably says something about it competing with 50 Cent's Chrysler 300.

I might add that in Savannah the GM dealers have resorted to the "support American industry" advertisements. You know your cars suck when you fall back on that.

"Osama doesn't want you to buy American cars..."

You know, that sounds like a cool car. I wonder how it would sell: the Buick Osama, the Chevy Osama, etc. Hmmm...

Probably worse than the Suzuki Esteem.

Nothing says pathetic like that!

Worse vehicle names ever

The Dodge Neon Expresso
The Suzuki Esteem

Oldsmobile Alero (what the hell is that?)
Chrysler LeBaron and Buick LeSabre (tied for faux French)
Pontiac Aztek and Sature Vue(intentional misspelling)
Ford Aspire (it aspires to what, 70mph?)

Good one... especially the Aspire. It seems like the auto company was surrendering before they even released it.

"We know it's not all that good but if we call it the Aspire... who knows what's next. Right? Right?"

Speaking of Kick Ass names for cars either Dodge or Chrysler should revive the Fury. How about that? The Dodge Fury. Stick a 6L Hemi in that thing.
