Ford GT vs GT4

Edmunds has a great article on running a real lap at Laguna Seca in a Ford GT vs running the same lap on the PS2 game Gran Turismo. I have got to get a different job... or more specifically, I have got to get a job doing these kinds of things. Anyway, the article points out the obvious... you're more likely to take risks in the video game than you are in real life. I'd still like to try it out... just to be sure.

Another difference is that in the video game you can't chloroform an elderly man, strap him to the front end of your car, and bail out before the car hits the retaining wall at 40mph. Of course, as ample evidence shows, you don't have to be on a racetrack to do that either. Any old wall will do!
